The Site does not provide professional mechanical services, medical advice, or legal advice. Any examples or checklists are general in nature and may not apply to every bicycle type, riding environment, or individual situation.

We may update, add, remove, or reorganise content for clarity and quality. We aim to keep information current, but we do not promise that any guidance is complete, error-free, or suitable for your specific circumstances.

You agree to use the Site lawfully and responsibly, and in a way that does not harm other users, the Site, or our operations. You are responsible for your own decisions when applying any guidance from the Site.

If the Site provides any interactive features (such as forms), you agree to provide accurate information and not to misrepresent your identity or contact details. If a feature requires an account in the future, you agree that one person may maintain only one account unless we explicitly permit otherwise.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EmeraldWire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EmeraldWire's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms shall be limited to the lesser of: (a) the amount you paid to EmeraldWire in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) 100 EUR.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, where such exclusions are prohibited.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EmeraldWire from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Site, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

The Site may reference third-party services, platforms, or resources for general context. EmeraldWire is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites or services. Accessing third-party resources is at your own risk.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.

Subject to Section 12 (Dispute resolution), the courts of Dublin, Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site.

Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us and providing a brief written description of the issue and your desired resolution. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving your notice.

If we cannot resolve the dispute within that 30-day period, either party may pursue a claim in the courts specified in Section 11, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to your situation.

EmeraldWire may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or attempted to compromise the security or integrity of the Site.

Upon termination, your right to use the Site will cease immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Intellectual Property (Section 4), Disclaimer of Warranties (Section 6), Limitation of Liability (Section 7), Indemnification (Section 8), Governing Law (Section 11), and Dispute Resolution (Section 12).

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page and will become effective 14 days after posting unless a shorter period is required for legal compliance or security reasons.

Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Site.
